Located south of Parkston in southeastern South Dakota, J & J Trust Charolais has built a small herd of purebred Charolais cattle in recent years. Through careful selection of sires and cow herd or “ladies,” our cattle breeding program promotes calving ease, vigor at birth, moderate birth weights, and overall better than average EPDs. The females need to be good mothers, have docile dispositions, and have solid udder scores. Our cattle are bred to be moderate in frame, have docile temperaments, and be structurally sound.
